Sound is Off When Shakers On

Hi, can't get the shakers and headphones to work at the same time, when one is working the other isn't. Only have the shaker amp activated in SimHub. 

Have run through the Windows Sound set up a number of times, reboots, etc., nothing seems to get them both working at the same time. 

Any suggestions
