Hi,
I have SimHub running on my main Sim PC and I have a small Intel NUC PC that is connected to an 11" display that I use for my SimHUB Dashboards. On the NUC I can start the Chrome web browser via a custom short cut with the following target info :-
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe" --kiosk http://192.168.200.7:8888
This starts Chrome in Kiosk mode attached to SimHUB's dashboard web server and it works great ....
However upon running it displays the Dashboard selection screen.
Is there anyway that i can alter the shortcut so that it opens a specific dashboard (I only use one) rather then having to select it from the dashboard selection page ?
If not could this be a feature that could be added to a future version ?
Love your work as always.
Cheers
Jay
Hi !
Instead of starting to the list url you can use directly a dashboard url, each dash has a specific url based on its name:
Hi Wotever,
That did the job, pretty obvious now you have pointed it out.
I run Chrome in Kiosk mode so that the Dash uses the full screen so have been missing the full URL.
I simply ran Chrome not in Kiosk mode to get the full URL.
Works great ... thanks for the quick reply.
Cheers
Jay
