Three (3) Colors for RGB Leds Shift/Rev lights (WS2818B)

Is it possible to create a REV/Shift light pattern using three colors rather than just 2? I'd like to emulate the Dallara P217 from iRacing that has 2 green, 5 red and 3 blue but only see the choice for 2 colors (currently using Green to Red).

I've looked around and tried to find this so if my GoogleFu is just terrible and I'm missed it somewhere apologies.
