Throttle / brake overlap

Hello,

Trying to program a dash pop up for whenever there is throttle and brake overlap when left foot braking.

Anything above 1% brake and throttle at the same time works so the simple formula of [Throttle]&[Brake] works but is there anyway to negate the pop up when the throttle blips on a downshift?

I was thinking the best solution would be to cap the condition to under 5% brake. How would I go about this?
