Trying to extract lap data out of DataStore.db file

I believe lap times and splits are contained in the DataStore.db file.  I would like to extract data from this file for importation into Excel.  While you can extract data one session at a time, this can be quite laborious.  Instead, I would like to use the "Get Data from Database" feature in Excel.  Any suggestions?  What type of database is this file?
