Use two WS2812B LEDs (For RPM) and one WS2812B 8x8 matrix (Flag box) on the same Arduino board?

In the wiki it states "Simhub only offers one WS2812B output on the arduino." So does this mean I can only use either the RPM or flag box on one Arduino since they are both WS2812's even though they are different layouts and serve different purposes? Was going to use an Arduino Mega for these including buttons and switches but it sounds like it may not be possible. Was hoping to put it all on one Arduino if possible.
