Video Recording

I recorded some lapping sessions using SimHub, but looking at my files I don't see a video file, just JSON, RFCMP, and METADATA. Is SimHub recording more for data files? 

I just want video of a session that I can load into an editor, am I better off using Windows 10 Screen video capture or is there a trick to using SimHub video capture? I'm racing in VR.
