Vocore On-Screen Flashes

I recently purchased a Vocore screen and I am having the following problem. With the dashboard I have on, when I change the dash page and then the blinking flag alerts come out, the brightness goes up and down in sync with the blinking of the flags. If I change to another dash and come back, it solves it, but when I change the dashboard page again, it does it again. Any idea what may be going on?
