Wind Simulator turning off

Hi there,

I'm building a wind simulator with Arduino Uno but looks like it works sometimes and others keeps resetting itself. 

Anyone had this issue? If I do only one side it works but if I do both sometimes it works and others keeps resetting itself like not enough power but I'm using a power supply 12v 5amp 

Any advice? Thank you!
