Made a Windsim with Arduino nano (original arduino) with a DK motor shield. Now everything works, but the fan only goes to 100% without a nice curve in the speed. So at a specific speed it goes at 100%. Is this because the DK smotorshield is not the right thing, for example an adafruit works better? or does i do something wrong?

About the speed make sure that u are using DC fans, pwm fans won't work with DC signal. Also make sure that you haven't set any " minimum force" or threshold which would reduce/break the linearity of the effect.
The confirm that the signal is progressive you can check in the "hardware" tab you will see live levels of each output, it will allow you to check if the issue comes from your fans or your effects settings.

You're right. Min force was on 53%, Changed it to zero and it works beter. Also i changed the DK shield for adafruit. Dont know if that's was also the problem. Anyhow, it works now 🙂
