Hi, I'm trying to add some LEDs using WS2812B & an Arduino Pro Micro but can't even get a single LED to light up. I've wired it all up as recommended, tried some resistors, tried a few different LEDs from the strip, but nothing seems to work. I've verified that the Arduino is 5V, tried 2 different Arduinos.

These are the LEDs I'm using: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B08Y8R6QPC/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Does anyone know what might be the issue?

Thanks in advance!

Hello, sorry for my poor english. All parameters seems to be ok. Is it possible that your forgot to upload the sketch to the arduino (clic on "upload to arduino") ?

@djgsi974 Hello, it definitely uploaded. I have switched to an Arduino Nano and it worked flawlessly first time so this is solved now.

If anyone stumbles upon this with the same issue, while I'm sure I missed an obvious step, an easy solution is to just switch to an Arduino Nano.
