I am using generic Nano ATMega328
I also tried Pro Micro ATMega32U4 generic and nothing seems to improve, it still does not respect an order of LEDs on

What a coincidence I had a report of the same problem yesterday. It looked is like this matrix uses a different column I did not encountered until now : https://github.com/SHWotever/SimHub/issues/724
Instead of each column going from top to bottom, it's in "zigzag".
I will look to support this pattern in a future update.
