Hi,

is it possible to auto-select a dashboard depending on car?

Thanks a lot.

Hi,
This is not possible out of the box.
This plugin
https://github.com/RaceX58/RaceX.Dashboard.Manager
can save and restore the dash per car for these screens:

  • VOCORE
  • USBD480
  • AX206
  • Corsair Nexus

Another approach is to have multiple dashboards in one and show a specific one depending on the current car model
For example: https://www.racedepartment.com/downloads/acc-cds-complete-dash-set.24736/

@romainrob the plug-in doesn't seem to work anymore.

Any workaround?

Edit: The GitHub page rectifies that. You have to check the box as seen in the attached image, then it works again fine.

@gallant Hi, this plugin may not be supported anymore since the setting in your screenshot was added to SimHub natively.

I did something simular. You can figure out which car you are now and based on that I show some things or not. This will works very well with similar kind of dashes.

If you have completely different dashes then maybe you can encapsulate each dash in separate widget and then show the right widget based on the type of car.

Easy to understand example.
