Hello,

Yet another ESP32 request 🙂

I know adding support for it in the Arduino Config is impossible at that stage, but already there is a project that works natively using ESP8266 driving a Oled 1.3"LCD and 24bit aRGB ring. It is natively recognized in Arduino Config and works as standard device in SimHub:

https://github.com/eCrowneEng/FRG-SH

I will be using ESP32 for the bluetooth/WiFi capabilities, but code should be compatible. I want to extend it with MAX7219 support and add a gear indicator. Me being very bad at programming it would be very helpful if for example I can somehow a source code file generated with SimHub Arduino configurator and then tailor it to the other project (not sure if this is feasible at all).

Further plan would be to attach some rotary encoders and buttons and double the ESP32 ad HID bluetooth device.

(I'm the owner of that project referenced above)
Hey Stuyo, I should probably work on more ESP/SimHub integrations.
I recently posted the firmware for the Fan control / (ShakeIt Wind) from an 8266 (over USB) in the discord. Maybe we should start thinking about Wifi support, in this more generic firmware form.

Anyway, if anybody else is interested, maybe head over to the discord and we can talk about common needs of the community and tag team it: https://discord.gg/aNqyygzAkb

(Admin feel free to remove direct link if this is considered Spam, If the link is removed, head over to that github link in OPs post and find it there along with the source code of the esp8266 firmware for SimHub)
