MPS overlay

hi im looking for help making a widget or overlay to show my multiposition switch and what i am currenlty editing such as on 1 i have abs, 2 has tc, 3 has brake bias and i control it off the same up/down switch andx i have been accidently changing stuff i dont want to so i figure i can make something along these lines.
