RBR ngp6 new telemetry data

Good morning, can you add a plugin with the new information of the physics?

With the new ngp6 physics for Richard Burns Rally, there are new telemetry data with two kinds of extension, the first save a file after the rally in .tsv format and the second use a udp protocole with online real-time information, there is a subfolder in the game folder named "sdk" with three .h files but i don't know how to use.
