Just an update. This matrix layout worked just fine if anyone wants to copy it.

I have found the issue. I had to adjust the millisecond hold. 👍

@admin5435 As far as I can tell? All the momentary push buttons work perfectly and are instant inputs. I am using EC11 rotary encoders.
